hours

One total for preparation, notes, follow-up, finding context and avoidable coordination or rework.

WHAT COULD YOU DO WITH THAT TIME?

Focus compounds.
So does momentum.

More people working on the right priorities. Fewer loose ends slowing the business down.

◎

Keep the deadline in view.

Bring owners, dependencies and reminders together before a missed handoff becomes a delay.

Move the next deal forward.

Arrive with the customer’s context and carry the right follow-up into the next conversation.

✦

Learn faster. Build smarter.

Surface customer ideas, hiring feedback and early risks so the right people can act on them.

A useful estimate.
Clear assumptions.

Set the time you believe your team could recover. The calculator counts each hour once, including less administration and less avoidable rework from missed context or shifting priorities.

How we calculate your potential

Weekly hours = people × hours recovered per person. Annual hours = weekly hours × 46 working weeks. Average monthly hours = annual hours ÷ 12.

Salary value per working hour = average annual pay ÷ (40 hours × 46 weeks). Time value = recovered hours × salary value per working hour. Time available for higher-value work = recovered hours per person ÷ 40.

The salary figure is gross annual pay, excluding employer taxes and benefits. Weekly results refer to a working week; monthly results average the year. All people entered are assumed to use Szora. Subscription costs are not deducted here: this calculator values potential capacity, rather than calculating a return on a particular plan.

Faster hiring, more deals, avoided losses and better ideas could create further value. They are not added to this total because their financial impact depends on your business. Time recovered is an editable scenario, not a measured Szora result.

Why start with one hour?

Microsoft’s 2023 survey of 297 early Copilot customers reported self-estimated savings of 1.2 hours a week. A US survey reported generative-AI users saving 5.4% of working hours in November 2024, about 2.2 hours in a 40-hour week. These studies concern other tools and populations; they guide the scenarios, not a promise of Szora performance.
