Your impact

Work directly with our two founders and founding engineer to shape Szora from the first meeting companion into a platform for connected execution. You will be a pivotal member of the founding team, close to customers and close to what ships.

What you’ll own

Define the product direction, sequence the roadmap and make clear choices about what to build next with the founders.
Speak with customers, users and design partners. Turn discovery, market insight and usage evidence into decisions and measurable outcomes.
Lead the experience from bot or botless meeting capture through preparation, decisions, follow-through and organisational alignment.
Work hands-on with engineering and design: test prototypes, specify useful workflows, ship small improvements and learn from adoption.
Set practical measures for activation, retention, user trust and task completion. Bring AI quality and failure cases into product decisions.
Build privacy, permissions and enterprise requirements into the roadmap from the beginning.

What you’ll bring

Seasoned product leadership in B2B SaaS, with evidence of taking an early product from discovery to sustained use.
Experience in workplace automation, productivity, analytics, communication, collaboration or employee engagement platforms.
Working fluency in LLMs, retrieval, agent workflows and AI evaluation; sound judgement about where automation helps and where people should stay in control.
An up-to-date view of AI capabilities, paired with the discipline to validate new technology against customer needs.
Experience translating GDPR, HIPAA-related customer needs and SOC 2 readiness into product requirements with engineering and specialist advisers.
Strong prioritisation, clear writing and the ability to challenge an idea constructively, including a founder’s.
